Balter
From concept through implementation, Arthur
keeps clients in the forefront. His degrees in
Business Administration and Landscape Architecture
from the University of Maryland are complemented
by graduate work in community design and historic
preservation conducted in South Africa, England
and Scotland. His insights are the culmination
of extensive international travel and over 25
years of experience working with design and development
teams; synthesizing and articulating client requirements;
developing strategic plans; and managing projects
and budgets across multi-disciplinary teams. With
perspective and perseverance, Arthur is committed
to the client team to help creative visions become
rewarding respites.
